Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GDI Web application at web.zindex.eu.org (the "Service") operated by GDI Web ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service
GDI Web is a web-based tool that allows users to:
- Upload files from URLs to Google Drive
- Download files from Google Drive
- Browse files and folders stored in Google Drive
- Manage uploads using a queue-based system
The Service requires authentication through Google OAuth 2.0 or a Google Service Account to interact with Google Drive on your behalf.
3. User Accounts and Authentication
- You must have a valid Google account to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must not share your service account credentials with unauthorized parties.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, transfer, or store any content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Upload, transfer, or store any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent
- Circumvent any security measures or access controls

- You are solely responsible for the content you upload through the Service.
- We do not monitor, review, or store the content of files transferred through our Service.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
